Which Treatment

Not sure which treatment would be best for your current needs?

Here's some information that can help you decide and some links to help you choose your treatment.

Where is the pain?
The pain you feel may be caused by other parts of the body.  Think about your lifestyle and daily routine; how are you sitting or driving, how much exercise do you do, is your posture correct, do you relax enough?  Now think about when the pain is at its worst.

How did the pain occur?
If you have you had surgery or been in an accident, then you have to consider whether the massage would be part of any other treatment you are receiving.  This is perfectly viable, even if you need to consult with your specialist first.

How long have you been in discomfort?
Think about the how long the pain has been there.  Is this something you have had for a while, or new pain?  Go back to 'where is the pain?'

What is the source of your pain?
Stress, anxiety and depression can affect us all in every day life.  Maybe you are in need of complete relaxation?

Is the pain part of your body's natural working?
Arthritis, period pains, headaches, menopause, maturity, old factures, fibromyalgia, ADHD and so many more disorders and syndromes can all affect how we feel.
